These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter only “General Conditions”) govern the sale of products marketed by the company Roma Pellicce by Alta Moda Furs in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. Acceptance of the conditions of sale.

Product availability and order fulfillment.
The electronic commerce system adopted on the website www.altamodafurs.com is designed to guarantee maximum transparency to the Customer, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the Products in stock and relative delivery times. However, we must consider the fact that more users can place orders for the same item (s) simultaneously and consequently vary the quantity of products present in our warehouse. In this case we will promptly inform the Customer by phone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, which at that point can freely decide whether to cancel or not the order placed. In case of cancellation you will be immediately reimbursed for the amount paid. www.altamodafurs.com reserves the right to fulfill orders received only partially based on the availability of the products in stock. It should also be remembered that the images and information contained in the product data sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, although we show great care and attention in this too.
Orders are accepted exclusively via the Internet (online). The customer who sends the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, a communication by e-mail (e-mail) confirming the order, with the indication of the relative order number. In the hypothesis that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative or product shortage. It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been dispatched, by telephone or by written notice to be sent by e-mail to email@example.com. For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
All sales prices displayed on the site www.altamodafurs.com are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They can change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are charged to the Customer, clearly displayed before the order is finalized. In the event of price discrepancies following the Customer’s order, these will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone or by e-mail which, without penalty, may withdraw from the purchase commitment made.
Delivery methods and times.
Shipments are made exclusively by courier, which delivers within 10/20 working days (with some exceptions) following the order fulfillment throughout Italy. Transport costs are borne by the customer, clearly visible at the time the order is placed. For uninsured goods, Alta Moda Furs assumes no responsibility for the loss, tampering or breakage of the product / s purchased and any delays in delivery by the shipping companies. Complaints and returns .
Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is immediately required to check the status and compliance. Complaints regarding the conformity of the products, also in relation to their quantity and / or external appearance, must be formulated in writing using the appropriate procedure and the appropriate request form for the return of authorized materials (RMA). The goods must be sent carriage free to our stores. warehouses accompanied by a transport document on which the RMA number must be indicated. The goods without this number will not be accepted. In case of RMA request for faulty or damaged product, if the returned product is working, Alta Moda Furs reserves the right to charge the cost of transport for the return of the goods, and a lump sum as reimbursement for technical expenses of € 25.00 + VAT. If the return is accepted, it will be refunded net of shipping costs.
Applicable law and competent court.
This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising on the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the court of Parma will have jurisdiction.

Type of payment.

Repayment on credit card.
Once we have received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The refund will be requested on the same day of acceptance, on the credit or debit card used for the order. The time required to view the chargeback depends on the institution that issued the card. Alta Moda Furs reserves a processing time of 24/48 hours from the moment the current request is received.
Remember that delivery times only include working days and do not include holidays. You can track the shipment of your order via the tracking number provided by the courier. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and cannot make appointments. Orders not delivered will be returned to our office.
